Born on March 25, 1952, in a humble village on the outskirts of Teheran, Boghrat Sadeghan's journey as an artist began with the most modest of tools—a scrap of paper and a pencil. At just seven years old, he spent his days sketching his surroundings: the bustling markets, the serene faces of villagers, and the beauty of the Persian landscape. By the age of 14, Boghrat’s life took a significant turn. With no formal training or resources, he taught himself to paint using inexpensive watercolors and oil paints he painstakingly saved for. Often working 15-hour days with two assistants, Boghrat poured his soul into these creations, knowing they were seen by thousands.

Then came the Revolution of 1979, a time of chaos and uncertainty. Forced to leave his homeland, Boghrat arrived in the United States with nothing but his brushes, his guitar, and a heart full of dreams. Settling in Los Angeles, California, he faced countless struggles. Language barriers, financial hardships, and the challenge of starting over in a foreign land tested his resilience. Yet, through it all, Boghrat never abandoned his passions.

In the face of adversity, Boghrat established a gallery, a sanctuary where his art could breathe and inspire others.
